This service includes: • Kitchen: Cleaning and sanitizing sinks, countertops, cabinets (inside and out), and appliance exteriors; oven and refrigerator interior cleaning available upon request. • Bathrooms: Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures. • Living Areas & Bedrooms: Dusting all surfaces, baseboards, light fixtures, vents, and blinds; vacuuming and mopping floors. • Detail Work: Removing dust and debris from corners, shelves, and hard-to-reach spots; wiping down doors, trim, and switches. Our goal is to ensure every space is spotless, sanitized, and move-in ready, so you can settle into your new home with comfort and peace of mind.

Do you clean inside appliances and cabinets?

Yes. As part of our Move-In Ready Cleaning, we can clean inside appliances and cabinets to ensure every surface is fresh and sanitary before you unpack. This includes refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and kitchen or bathroom cabinets. Because these areas often collect dust, food residue, or odors when a home is unoccupied, interior cleaning is a recommended part of move-in service. If you’d like specific appliances or cabinets detailed, just let us know during booking, and we’ll include them in your customized plan.

Should the home be empty before move-in cleaning?

Yes, for the best results we recommend the home be completely empty before your move-in cleaning. An empty space allows us to thoroughly clean inside cabinets, closets, and appliances, as well as reach corners and baseboards without obstacles. If some furniture or boxes are already in place, we can still perform the service, but access may be limited. Let us know your situation in advance, and we’ll adjust the cleaning plan to make sure your new home is as fresh and ready as possible.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. We bring all the professional-grade cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment needed to complete your move-in ready cleaning. Our products are effective, eco-friendly, and safe for your home. If you have specific products you’d prefer us to use—such as hypoallergenic or specialty cleaners—just let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to accommodate.

Yes. We specialize in preparing homes that have been unoccupied or vacant for extended periods. These homes often require extra attention due to dust buildup, stale odors, cobwebs, or grime in overlooked areas. Our Move-In Ready Cleaning includes deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms, as well as optional interior appliance and cabinet cleaning to refresh every space. If the home has been vacant for a long time, we may recommend additional services—such as window cleaning, carpet cleaning, or exterior pressure washing—for a complete top-to-bottom reset.
