Yes. We do our best to assign the same trusted cleaner or team to your home for every visit, so you enjoy consistency, familiarity, and peace of mind. To ensure there are no interruptions, we also train a backup team on your home’s preferences. That way, if your regular cleaner is unavailable, you’ll still receive the same high-quality service and attention to detail you expect.
No problem! We understand that schedules can change. Simply give us at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your cleaning at a time that works better for you—without any fees or hassle.
Yes. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
